American Denki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, this is called “we”) pays close attention to respecting the privacy of our customers and protection of personal information we receive from our customers.
We comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations, with guidelines established by the Personal Information Protection Commission and with this Privacy Policy and handle personal information in a lawful and proper manner.
In course of our business activities such as various business negotiations, conclusion of contracts, usage of services on our website, etc. we collect personal information from our customers in legal and proper means.
In that case, we request to provide personal information under the customer’s approval.
We use collected personal information for the following purposes.

・After-sales service, after-sales support
・Providing information about new products, services, exhibitions, etc.
・Responding to customer inquiries and consultations
・Payment requests, refunds, payments and other related business transactions

We routinely take measures to prevent leakage of personal information, unauthorized access, computer viruses and so on, and we continuously make effort to review and improvement in terms of information safety management.
We shall make employees thoroughly understand about handling of personal information.
When outsourcing the handling of personal information, we select cooperating companies that implement appropriate safety management measures for outsourcing contractors and perform necessary and appropriate supervision for the outsourcing parties.
We respond appropriately to customer requests for disclosure, change or deletion of collected personal information after confirming identity of the customer.
